MPI ਵਿੱਚ ਕਲਾਸ 5 ਦੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਝ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ, ਗਣਿਤ, ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁਧੀਮਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਪਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਤਮ ਢੰਗ ਹੈ।
